Shipping and Handling:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, unless an item is on backorder. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information. If you need an order by a certain time, please contact us.

All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates via Aramex and FedEX priority and cost is per order and takes around 3 to 7 days.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs agencies. Orders may also be delayed by these agencies. We have no control over these agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. We are not responsible for any damages or additional charges caused by local customs agencies. If an order has not arrived, there is a very good chance that your customs agency is holding the package. Please contact them for further information.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a refund or credit. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs can not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the returned items. We highly recommend returning the items via a trackable and insured shipping service to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us.

Do not send any items back without us being notified. If you want to return or exchange any items, please contact us.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
